Darin Zanyar was born on June 2, 1987, in Stockholm, Sweden. His parents were of Kurdish origin. He participated in the first season of Idol in 2004 and placed second. In 2010, he participated in Melodifestivalen and placed 4th. He has released 8 studio albums, 7 of which topped the Swedish charts.

Swedish superstar – what’s in a title? – Darin comes up with an uptempo neo-disco song. Worked out very well. Happy feeling beat and sound, taking you back to 1979/80. Is it me or does it sound Michael Jackson-esque at times? Pretty video to go with it, great styling and video-edit.
