There are also three potential debuting countries, but probably they won’t do it this year. First of all, Kosovo wants to participate, but the public broadcaster isn’t an EBU member. The same situation is with Lichtenstein, as the only broadcaster of the country isn’t publicly owned, therefore is not an EBU member. Last but not least, Kazakchstan. The country debuted in the Junior edition of the contest last year. However, the EBU said, that there are no intentions to invite the country to the contest.
